I co-lead the conception and development of Aphrodite, Masteos’ Design System. We used the Atomic method to order our components into logical categories on which developer could base their code on, before deploying it on Storybook.
Lead conception/shipping time was divided by around 2 thanks to the use of unified langage between designers and developers

Description
I closely worked with Agenium to create this CRM for Tergi.
As a roadworks company, Tergi carries out sensitive work (e.g. repairing or laying a gas pipe) throughout France. Legislation is very strict when it comes to such works, which may, for example, block traffic lanes for a given period of time. Dozens of authorizations are required, and many different players are involved (communities, network owners such as GRDF, private individuals, law enforcement agencies). So, you need to be reactive and well-organized.
The management of all site monitoring was entirely paper-based. This required constant maintenance and organization.
The aim was therefore to digitize the monitoring of worksite progress, so as to be able to devote all available time to concentrating on the core business: roadworks.

After dozens of discussions with Tergi employees, the choice fell on a modular ERP system comprising 8 interdependent databases and dozens of functionalities, including:
A worksite database with finely-tuned display customization to suit the various trades involved
A standardized worksite creation process to centralize all the parts required to start a worksite
An operations center to manage the company's various equipment (oil change tracking, incident reporting. ...)
An HR universe to keep track of the various unavailabilities of employees (work teams are different every day)
A tablet application to carry all the documents and measurements essential to the worksite
Possibility for workers to take automated measurements
On-board timer to measure activity times and the profitability of a worksite...
